A yoga weekend in an amazing agriturismo in the heart of the Chianti region, where we’ll be able to relax, enjoy great food & wine and practice lots Yoga! Our yoga practice will involve Asthanga, Rocket yoga and Yin yoga, all properly modified and accessible to all level.
Accommodation is in shared apartments with amazing vegetarian brunch and dinner included. A visit to a local wine producer and a Chinese traditional auto-massage session are included in the price.
